Who would we hate if X-fitters didn't exist?

Yoga and Pilates are awesome. A strong core is the foundation to getting your body to perform at its best.
Takes any fitness to the next level. I highly recommend it for anyone. It helped me heaps in my footballing days.

yoga is for sissys. So is stretching. So what if my rotator cuff feels like my arms about to be ripped off. I'll just train chest heavier so it goes all numb

Yoga has helped my rotator cuff and knee a lot. See if it works on you too.

Most importantly, I sleep so well always after yoga, something which I find very critical to ensure a flat gut.
