Fantastic. thumbsup.gif

I've never jogged for more than an hour (just a gentle pace). That's my limit. biggrin.gif

Thanks,

I could only go 1-2 k last Christmas. I'm now being coerced into a marathon :/ I should quit while I'm ahead

Stick to half marathons until your really confident you can complete, used to do marathons back in the day at 18 and they take a hell of a lot out of you if your not up to it!

agree.gif good advice thanks,

I think the training I need to do for a Full is beyond me and the time I have at the moment. I need to get to the poing where I am ok at the end of a Half before I do a full

How quick was your fulls back in the day?

My best ever was 3:28 but my average used to be around 3:45ish
Would probably take me 6 plus now as would have to walk some parts I bet

I was dressed as someone with a hangover, does that count?

I have not done a charity run yet. I'll need the time to raise funds. Maybe if I train and go for London, I will do it for charity.

Very impressive.
