For the Super Bowl I'll also do that silly prediction game, maybe including random things regarding Timberlake.

Just seen the last play. What is that guy doing? Just wait for him to catch the ball and clatter him in bounds, job done. Instead, he think he’s a Spanish bull at one of those festivals 🙄

I came in here for the first time ever, to see what you guys thought about that play.
He was bought to throw the game away. Couldn't have made it look any easier.

Just did. I feel sick bad.gif

None of the news stories mention the awful defence AGAIN... Headline just reads “Miracle play by Keenum and Diggs”. This sport is embarrassing!

My little girl, who knows nothing about sports, said, "why didn't he grab him?"

As you say, the ridiculously hopeless attempt is the story, not any divine intervention from the Lord. The man shouldn't have a job in the NFL. There are tens of thousands of kids trying to make the NFL, and it is supposed to represent the best of the best...and yet every week I see so many dumb and inept plays/penalties/decisions.

I hope you didn't watch the Eagles/Falcons game. That wasn't very good, either. biggrin.gif

I didn't see that game but did watch the Steelers embarrass themselves against the Jags. They failed twice to execute a 3rd/4th and 1 when Ben just had to fall forward to get the 1st down.

Then that onside kick. [a] The decision to do that with time left on the clock and [b] the execution of it.... how hard is it to kick a ball 10 yards?!?!?

All the defences blow. Jags are the number one ranked yet can still allow 42 points. It is all a bit pathetic now.

Sadly those days are long behind us. We are not a big enough nation to sustain a high standard.

We will be back in 2023 wink.gif

AFC picks are obviously easy.

The NFC picks not so easy. Not a lot of offensive talent on offer. How do you choose between Keenum and Foles?
