Small pool of S11'ers playing this game. How's the season going for you so far?

Salaries aren't swinging to far out of reach at the moment, team movements will be key in the next few weeks. I play this game much like YFF. Few season keepers, switch goalkeepers most weeks and try and keep some flexibility in attack and midfield to capture hot streaks.

I've taken Sako this week and gone for Sanchez and Kane to partner Aguero up top. Siggy is the value mid to return the money, no goals yet, like Sanchez and Kane, he must be due? Yaya and Mahrez complete the mids with Kolorov, Mason and Coleman in defence.

Flapyhandski inbetween the sticks, would prefer Petr but would mean down grading elsewhere, potentially Sakho for Kane would do it?

Any thoughts?

Aguero and Wilson (cheap) up top
usual suspect in the middle with Sagna and masonand Creswell behind

Just outside of top 50

Remembered that Gomis did well for me at the end of last season, so grabbed him early.
He loved to shoot, but this year he isn't as much. Fortunately, at least now he's converting.
Got Gomis, Sanchez and Aguero up top. So many good, cheap strikers, not enough room to put them all in.
Hoping Costa gets crocked, and Pedro, Kane et al don't do as well as Gomis. Pelle is another that did well for me but I had to go without.

Yaya loves to shoot. Got him. Siggy @ 5 is a no brainer. Loves to shoot and he will score sooner or later.
Mahrez and Sako love to shoot and seem to be scoring, so ride them all I can.

Mason, Kolarov and Iva for me. Iva tanking, but still shooting. He'll come good soon and get everything back, with interest.

Begovic at 2.x will come in next week. Then I'll have 10+ units on the bench. laugh.gif

Gomis can go all season, nailed on starting birth, should have got on it earlier, on the fence now!

Good shout on Bergovic clapping.gif

No Chelsea for me at all this week, I guess Hazard will come in sooner rather than later.

Just haven't managed to engage with Premier League ff yet this season and my rank reflects that!

Fred did tell me he has made some adjustments this season and I think it is obvious. Good for me as haven't managed to bag any cheap players yet.

I may start an S11 world cup.but I guess we would all need to start a new team for it?

Well, it's Saturday morning again, and a last minute ponder on my FSN team. Decided against Aguero, gone instead with Costa, Benteke and Sanchez up top. I'm weary of Aguero going big but also reduced game time, am I taking too much of a risk?

In midfield I'm counting on Palace to take the game to Spurs with Sako being a major threat. I've brought Coutinho back in at an expensive 17.2, if I traded him down I could swap Costa for Aguero. Liverpool having, what looks on paper as 2 relatively straightforward home fixtures in a row, is the reason to bring him in. Yaya and Mahrez complete the mids.

No change in defence, Kolorov, Mason and Coleman. Bit risky as 2 of the 3 are doubts, but long term they are fantasy gold in FSN.

In goal I have gone with the risky choice of Butland. He's a save machine, and I fancy Stoke to get something from the game.

How's everyone else doing?

Have gone Tekkers with Kun and Wilson
Tekkers is my Pool coverage in this game although I have Couts in FPL
Risky you going without Kun could be his week
I'm with Bego this week hoping for save points

Have a good one Brighton thumbsup.gif

I have one less now, as I just switched Costa+Silva to Benteke+Sako. Saw Brighton's comment about Sako and noticed his exceptional points-per-minute so far.

Not yet. Wait until the prices keep going up and you can't afford to get the players you want.
Although we have unlimited transfers in this game, I found you pick your long termers and stick with them.

No one picked up Janmaat for this week? unsure.gif
5 SAG, 3 SOT last week. His red from week one kept him cheap and under the radar with his total pts being zero.
But historically, the guy is a good scorer, even though he fouls and rarely keeps a CS.
