KDB, Firmino, Ward-Prowse, Zaha, Betrand, Alonso is it possible? If not.

2. KDB, Firmino, Ward-Prowse, Zaha, Stephens, Alonso.

No. It's 0.5 over, which is why I have Stephens over Bertrand in that option you picked.

Thanks.

That combo leaves 1 unit left over. It's very similar to option 2 and I think I'd rather go with Stephens and Alonso over Bertrand and PVA.

Thanks though mate.

Ah go my maths

I would upgrade JWP but do not have a good suggestion they are all the same at that price

Yeah no-one better at 5.5-6.5 really. I like JWP though.

Option 2 for me as well.

Gabbiadini is always a worry when Austin is around, though Southampton do have really strong fixtures.

I'm not sure about all the love for Zaha either, is it simply because of the lack of options around the 7 mark (beside Willian)?

Cheers mate, how you doing? Still smashing Nandos? laugh.gif

Yeah agreed on Gabbiadini. He's one poor performance from getting subbed off in the 65th minute for Austin and potentially dropped for the next game.

Zaha is an incredible talent and with Palace now playing 5 at the back, I think he's been playing more centrally and advanced behind the striker. Think he's at a nice price also.

Mmmmm Nandos! Doing alright except for this weather, just got back from Greece. How the hell is this summer?

I agree Zaha is a talent and has been playing as a deep lying striker, my worry is the tough fixtures Palace face. Not a huge deal in the first 5 as three of them are at home, gets tough after that though.
I did consider him, but have now decided to upgrade to Pogba and downgrade to a 4.5 defender. Hope to then pick up Ramsey in a couple of weeks.

Are there any two 4.5 defenders that rotate overly well? Best seems to be BOU & BRI but Francis won't play half the games because of Smith. Was hoping to find somebody with Mee but they all suck!

Tough fixtures? I'd say he has 4 nice fixtures in the first 5. I never look further than 5 weeks, especially at the beginning where most of us usually wildcard early anyway.

Hegazi. You're welcome.

Yeh fair call, I was looking longer team as he would be somebody you wouldn't really want to trade out. But then after 5 I could always switch to Ramsey / other. Now you're making me doubt my Pogba pick

I like Hegazi but McAuley will come in within a week or 2.

Will probably end up with Zaha & 5.5 as it just makes a lot more sense than Pogba & 4.5 (especially as I've only got one other premium defender).

Thanks for that.

Well McAuley is 38 now and Hegazi was bought before McAuley got injured. McAuley was getting taken off before the 60th minute in numerous games at the end of last season, I presume due to tiredness? But yeah, the 4.5 defender market is really small right now. Even if Hegazi loses his place in Week 3 or 4, I'm sure a few more defenders at that price will have established themselves as a possible replacement.

Cheers Netley.

Have settled on option 2 though.

Decided I prefer Firmino, JWP and Alonso to Salah, Gabbiadini and Dann.

I went with Dawson in the end, hopefully he'll put one away soon. You always know with West Brom (well, Tony Pulis teams) their top goal scorer is probably going to be a defender biggrin.gif laugh.gif

Yeah. Main reason I put Hegazi in was that I saw he was 6 foot 5 and knew Pulis would be telling Brunt to swing some corners into him laugh.gif
