RAPID, I don't need to tell you that had you done the sensible thing and capped Aguero, you'd have scored a 99 and probably be well back into the top 5K. Otamendi,,,,,really?! blink.gif laugh.gif

I proved something! That costs more than some game... smile.gif

Still and upgrade on Walcott!!! lol.gif

biggrin.gif Of course, biggest haul happens in UCL, but to be honest, first two goals were gifts. Mane confidence back now though cool.gif

I wanted to pick Mane in UCL fantasy but he was down as FWD rolleyes.gif

Is there any article on who maybe blank in wk 31?

I'm thinking Lingard + Alonso -> Shaqiri + Robertson. Are they safe?

Follow Ben Crellin on twitter for who may or may not blank in 31. It will clear after this weekend's matches, good idea by tomorrow evening, depending who wins the fa cup tie between wba vs sot has big consequences for 31 smile.gif

Anyway, I'll be following suit, gonna do a mini wildcard to stop the rot. Something has to change and owning double utd mids vs chelsea isn't appealing rolleyes.gif. Sanchez punt well and truly backfired, no matter how easy fix looked on paper. I'll try to hold out till Monday evening, in case Man City are held to replay vs Wigan but it will all depend on price rise/drops.

On those transfers - they're safe for 31 yes but could be better options soon wink.gif. Liv vs Watford and Stoke vs Everton only 2 confirmed matches on in 31 at this stage, but probably will be 1/2 more smile.gif

-12 done! It feels so much better having offloaded deadwood in Pogba, Sanchez, Diouf and Robertson ( scapegoat to get Firmino)

Wilson
Kane
Firmino

Sterling
Salah
Son

Otamendi
Alonso
Robertson
Duffy

Adrian

Subs: Cook, Allen, Ogbonna, Elliot

Well the FA Cup games are behind us so we can now look ahead to this week and Week 31. Up top, I feel I've got just about the best front line to have moving forward. Kane doesn't have a confirmed game in Week 31 (surely we'll beat Rochdale at home in the replay?) but he has excellent fixtures coming up. Firmino is in very good form and has a game in Week 31. He seems a must right now. Wilson might not be in the best of form but Bournemouth have ok fixtures and a game in Week 31, so he's going nowhere.

In midfield, Salah is obviously essential, and Sterling is doing too well right now to drop. Son is a slight concern but with our fixtures I'm willing to wait to see what happens for a week till I decide what to do with him. Allen and Cook aren't brilliant but both now have a game in Week 31. I'll use both sparingly and just bench them more often than not, which is easy considering their price. Despite his game, I could still upgrade Cook to someone like Walcott. But does that change need to be done this week?

Defence is where I can see a change happening. I've had the worst luck with Alonso, and Otamendi has been doing poorly recently. They both also have terrible fixtures coming up and neither have a game in 31. VVD would be an obvious replacement but I already have Robertson (and 3 LIV players) so can't do that. Any suggestions?

Goalkeeper is an issue as neither of my players have a game in 31 and West Ham's fixtures moving forward are only ok. I don't really see a BGW goalkeeper I like though so will probably just stick with Adrian for now.

Overall, I have 6 players already for Week 31 which is nice. I'll probably get it up to 9-10 and will keep my Free Hit for Week 35. That way I don't need to consider 35 at all when I wildcard, and can concentrate fully on the two double gameweeks.

If it all goes to plan, this gameweek will be my last big hit and potentially my last hit, only need to get up to gw36, then I'll wildcard, bench boost 37 cool.gif.
Triple captain is tricky, would have to be a arsenal pick in DGW34 but their form is unpredictable at times and could be focusing on Europa, although they stand no chance of winning that if laca is out! Also is the Salah TC option on any given gameweek biggrin.gif

Gameweek 28 - Final team (-12)

Pickford

Coleman
Alonso
Fernandez

KDB
Mane
Salah
Doucoure

Firmino
Kane
Niasse

Subs = Allen, Tarkowski and Mbemba

My transfers were Pogba/Sanchez/Diouf/Robertson > Firmino/KDB/Doucoure/Fernandez

I might have only 1 starting defender this gameweek, worst case scenario but hoping Tarkowski is back soon. Dyche is always vague on injuries rolleyes.gif
Salah perma cap now, no messing about cool.gif. My Sanchez cap punt backfired last 2 gameweeks vs 2 of the easiest opponents on paper but no doubt he'll haul when all the sheep get him later on!!

Heya Team Warriors, just checking in. Cheers for the posts/info SC, SP & Shiru.

Need to read up on the fixture updates, etc. I have 2 FT and I want to ditch at least 3 players as of now (Lingard Alonso & Ota). Albrighton might need to go, too, and I'll need a GK for week 31, though that can wait.
