After a successful Starting 11 fantasy MLS 2017. We are back for more in 2018. Below are this season's codes.
I've rushed this posting to get it out there. Sorry about the typo mistake on the title heading, I don't know how to amend it.
Hope to fine tune it soon.
But, please sign up asap. The competition goes live in 2 weeks. I've no doubt we'll have another well supported couple of leagues.

Starting 11 Classic ... 3FZ36X6A
Starting 11 Head to Head ... V5SX5UZJ (max 22 teams)

I'm a touch surprised Starting 11 managers haven't taken the step into MLS for 2018.

Should the uptake remain low (currently 4), there are two options. 'Pull the plug' on the competition or my preferred route would be to open it to the greater USA public. Last season we allowed players from MLS Fantasy Boss to make the numbers up.
We already have some big names signed up. Ireland's Pathetico Morbid who was denied the 2017 mid-season winners prize. Plus we have an owner of the UK's leading Premier League Forum 'Fantasy Football 247'.

Because of the success of this competition in 2017, I'd like to think we can do the same for 2018.

That's better! Now heading in the right direction with a third of the Head to Head places taken. I increased the limit to a maximum of 30 teams. The Classic is unlimited.

Hey Albert, don't worry! There's nothing to do with you being smart or not... It's just the fact that the topic starter can't change the title on his own! wink.gif

Into the final week before the big kick off and the Starting 11 Leagues are growing in numbers.
Classic ... 13 teams
Head to Head ... 14 teams

Super to see bp9000 join. A consistently good FMLS Manager.

I have added our League codes to MLS Fantasy Boss Live Chat and to the MLS Reddit Community. I very much expect both leagues to swell in numbers.
To the Starting 11 members who wish to sign up, please don't delay. MLS goes live 1800hrs, Saturday 3rd March (UK time).
Remember, the Head to Head league has a game limit of 30 teams. It's currently at 15 players.

Absolutely delighted to announce that this season's Starting 11 Leagues host some of the top fantasy managers. I'll name a few;- Last seasons half way winner, Pathetico Morbid. Mito 21 and Inittowinit from Fantasy Football 247. From MLS Fantasy Boss we have Canadian manager Oldergoaler and several others from the USA, bitNomad and BlacknRed, to name just two. Last, but not least, we have Starting 11's bp9000.
It promises to be a great season in the Starting 11 Leagues.

Cheers Albert, thanks for setting up the S11 league again this season! I haven't had a chance to look at the rule changes yet, but if it still has unlimited transfers and dynamic scoring like last season that will be wonderful thumbsup.gif

Yes, good start, all things considered, but on a plus side Giovinco getting 5pts without assist/goal is okay. I can't see myself switching cap much from Gio but I know many will have Lodeiro capped.. Just need my Vancouver attackers to get something today and over 80 should be a decent start.. My one regret is letting Senderos go just before lineups came out but Fabinho came close to matching him biggrin.gif

An Apology ...
For the past 5 or 6 MLS seasons, I've run two identical squads with a similar team name. To get to the point, I have been rumbled in a successful gameweek one for running more than one team. I have taken steps to change Team and Manager names, plus future player selections. The MLS website placed both teams in the Rapids Classic League and I could not alter the selection.
I'm in the process of apologising to MLS players
However, the consequences could well be my removal (Rules are Rules). I await the outcome. I sincerely hope the Starting 11 leagues remain active, no matter what.
Albert
p.s New team name is Armitage

It doesn't bother me whether you have 2 teams or up to 5 teams tongue.gif. Anyway it seems like hard work to keep control of more than 1 team with it being so hands on this season...
